Information you provide to us
If you submit a form on this site (for example, a contact or inquiry form), we collect whatever information you choose to include — typically your name, email address, phone number, and details about your event. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to plan and coordinate your event. We don't sell this information to third parties. By submitting a form on this site, you consent to receive electronic communications (email, text, or phone) from us in response to your inquiry.
Website feedback
The "Site feedback" button at the bottom of each page lets you tell us about the website itself. It sends what you write, the page you were on, and your email address only if you choose to give one. It reaches us as an email, sent through Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Cloudflare also briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We use feedback only to improve the website and, if you left an email address, to reply to you. It isn't added to our client records.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive here, and general location and device information. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. Our reports summarize activity, but the Google tag also sends browser and device information, page views and interactions to Google and can use cookie identifiers. It loads automatically after the page finishes loading. We do not treat this as anonymous data or send the contents of your inquiry form to GA4. You can learn more about how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Embedded inquiry form and other services
Our Contact page uses an inquiry form hosted by Aisle Planner. It loads when you scroll near the form, before you submit anything. Aisle Planner receives the inquiry details you enter and technical information needed to display and operate the form, and may use its own cookies or browser storage. The form is handled by Aisle Planner rather than a separate submission database on this website.
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and protect it. Google also serves the site's fonts, receiving technical information when your browser requests them. These services have their own privacy policies and retention practices.
Third-party booking
When you click "Book a Consultation" or "Check Availability," you're taken to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, to choose a time. Any information you provide there is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy, available at calendly.com/privacy, not this one.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and plan and coordinate events for our clients. Other than the hosting, font, inquiry-form, analytics and booking services described above, we don't share the information you provide to us with third parties — except with the vendors directly involved in planning your event, and only with your knowledge as part of that planning process.
Data security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you provide to us. No website can guarantee perfect security, but if a breach affecting your sensitive personal information were ever to occur, we'll notify you as required under Texas law.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we have on file for you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@irresistibleevents.net. You can also decline cookies or clear them at any time through your browser's settings.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults planning weddings and events. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
